Permedia is a manufacturer of pigment preparations, masterbatches, and coloring solutions for the plastics, coatings, and industrial sectors.
History of Permedia
1895 – The company's operations begin with the establishment of a wholesaler of pharmaceuticals and paints.
1950 – Launch of pigment production.
1990 – Start of pigment paste production under the Disolperm brand.
2000 – Introduction of masterbatch production under the Plastoperm brand.
2012 – A majority stake in the company's share capital is acquired by MW Chemie, s.r.o., represented by its President, Michał Wygrys.
2013 – Launch of an investment program that continues to drive the company's development.
2015 – Permedia commissions one of the largest white masterbatch production lines in Poland.
2017–2018 – Implementation of a new investment package worth approximately EUR 3 million to support further growth. Around EUR 2 million is allocated to production machinery, while EUR 1 million is invested in expanding research and development capabilities.
2019 – On 11 June 2019, LERG S.A. becomes the new owner of the company.
2020 – The company is transformed into PERMEDIA Sp. z o.o.
